My Name is Paul and im from Bretagne, France. Im currently based in Melbourne Australia

I started working in the kitchen during my culinary studies. My first job was in the famous Gregory Coutanceau gourmet restaurant in La Rochelle.

I developed by moving from there to a Michelin starred restaurant until i became Head Chef as a 21 year old.

 

In 2021 i left France to travel the world, develop my taste and experience different cultures. On my travels i have worked in several different restaurants and countries.


Have you ever imagined cooking fresh, high-quality produce with a professional chef ?

Through a cooking lesson you and your friends, family or coworkers can can join me and learn how to cook like a chef. We work with fresh produce directly from the market and/or farm. 

I provide the specific equipment and to the shopping. All you need to provide is an oven, baking trays and a few pots and pans



Do you need a private chef for your next event?

The recipes are unlimited: chocolate mousse, birthday cake, fish, seafood... it's up to you to choose the limits of your creations. 

If you don't want to cook, I can also proposed my skills as a Private chef and cook for you a dinner. 

Birthday, special event don't hesitate to request. whatever you want to organise.

AFTERNOON LESSON : 

3H-5H 6Pers max - 50$/H


PRIVATE DINNER : 

- 10PERS MAX -

120$ per person for dinner

150$ per person dinner + wine pairing

I do the shopping for the menu and the wine pairing.

Any special request / ingredient can be provided if found it (white truffle / blue lobster...) with an extra surcharge.

I provide the specific equipment and do the shopping. All you need is an oven, baking trays, a few pots/pans, plates, cutlery and wine glasses.

Birthday candles and other items can be supplied on request. 

Don't worry about the cleaning, dishes and tools. This will be taken care of by me.
